Same should apply if you are a Director who has presided over and administration. And that's why they actually have specialist operators who come in AFTER to resurrect an insolvent operation. But you don't KEEP one who couldn't navigate himself out of one.

Its just ridiculous really. And that's why Quebec clean swept the previous Nemaska BOD. They got them the hell outa there. You just don't mess around with these sorts of matters.
