Does it really matter, one comes out every 3 months regardless. Some come out earlier , the 31st is just the last date it can be released. Expected events subsequent to the end of the quarter, such as a payment, would be one reason for leaving them to the last minute. also this being the first quarter where more financial information is expected could be another...
