On point 3... would you be content with handing over another 25% of SYQ (bringing it to a 50/50 partnership) along with a similar 25% stake in SYA to revise the OTA to those terms?
How would you propose SYA compensating PLL for the renegotiation? In my view it is obvious that SYA can't afford the hundreds of millions in cash it would take.
I suppose my general question to you and other SYA holders is how much are you willing to offer PLL and in what form to compensate to renegotiate?
