Why do SYA holders fail to acknowledge that PLL consistently divulges that if the JV partners agree to go downstream, SC will be prioritised there first with any remainder to fulfill the OTA?
A joint downstream converter does not terminate the OTA. It simply means a high likelihood that PLL will get little to no SC under the OTA because it would be needed at the shared converter.
As for funding a converter. My assumption is that the JV partners intend for retained earnings in SYQ to cover the lion's share, if not all.
