If any of those parties are unable to, or are unwilling to partake in developing a downstream facility, the net could be cast wider.
Other possible collaborators could include lithium miners from Quebec or Ontario wanting an early entry into downstream processing.
Perhaps a chemical company, a car company or a battery producer might want to participate.
