Just my opinion the PLL deal has thrown a lot of pressure around what terms to sign another one under. I can't see an OT without clarity as to tonnage, delivery but more importantly pricing is going to go down well. I wouldn't be celebrating one signed tomorrow that's for sure. They would want to make it a bloody good one as anything that has a cloak of secrecy around it or seen as unders would likely go down like a lead balloon.
