just thinking out loud.
pll is in trouble, if we go into c and m they are finished.
would it not be a good idea to merge companies?
eg Keith Phillips becomes ceo of sayona and then the arrangement is over?
seems like a win win, we get a great ceo and 100% ownership.
or I guess structure in a way to not get there baggage.
