They had to spend the money they did to increase efficiency, id say that it was a smart move. Its not like they spent 100m on wages, that money went to something to increase the value of an asset. We may not realise its value until the next quarterly though, at which time we may be praising the expenditure for all we know. So for now im not going to think much about it, yest 100m gone but that still puts us at a 7c valuation if its 1:1 ratio to equity. However this still vastly undervalues us to our peers who have valuations of 3-6 times their equity.
