I think there’s been a lot of complex takes on this.
Skipping well ahead of the obvious one; the $60m will he sunk back into NAL for all operations (maybe carb, maybe purely functionality) with an aim to reduce the costs. PLL and SYA could make a killing for life if they get the NAL costs low, modern mining has many high cost methods for this.
Im not surprised at all if the strategic review ends with some large purchases needed to reduce overall production costs (SYA have spelled this out as the goal, PLL have noted they remain committed to this - they are anti C&M)
We are thinking too many steps ahead with takeover, shorters, implosion etc
