As we await the updated To 20 list.... I wonder if this is a case where the potential buyer could not buy more than 4.99% or 9.999% of the company. Why would Piedmont take a 20% reduction in price? Could this be the lead into a major announcement with downstream processor? Were the shares traded in advance of the block trade to reduce the holdings that were being sold to potential buyer/partner?
So many questions. Please release the Top 20 and can't wait to see the buyer of the shares.
