A few months ago a merger was a possibility on a simple SWOT analysis however,to me, the selling of the SYA shares indicated this is out the door.
If the spill the BOD crew continue this will play into PLL hands, give them more time.
By selling the shares, perhaps he has opened the door deliberately.
I see Vinfast have delayed their EV manufacturing in Nth Carolina, permitting being the problem over environmental issues meaning water.
