I'll re word it and concede that the board currently isnt totally independent but that doesnt mean they are breaking any rules as they are self reporting this.
Listing rule 2.4 states that at a minimum a company must have at least 2 independent directors. Well Lucas and Dow qualify for this. (unless you can come up with a scenario where they spoke once 10 years ago?)
Listing rule 2.5 isnt currently complied with but as we know the independent chairman is supposed to be selected in H1 2024. After this they will.
I just dont understand this incessant commentary about the boards current non compliance. They are undergoing the changes so that they will comply.
JB didnt know how to respond to Elias' barrage of non compliance related statements because he explained him self over and over how they are going to achieve this. If it needs explaining again im happy to help.
