Listing rule 2.5 isnt currently complied with but as we know the independent chairman is supposed to be selected in H1 2024. After this they will.

I just dont understand this incessant commentary about the boards current non compliance. They are undergoing the changes so that they will comply.

JB didnt know how to respond to Elias' barrage of non compliance related statements because he explained him self over and over how they are going to achieve this. If it needs explaining again im happy to help.

The independent chairman is supposed to be in place by end of Q1. James Brown said as such at the AGM.

He has one more week until this becomes yet another broken promise.
