Different jurisdictions arent they... so wouldn't their guidelines differ to ASX?

Serious question as I dont live in Canada....I can only go off what our guidelines are an as such this board is not Independent to the newly formed committees...they may think they are but when you have Buckler sitting on it who owns how many 100million shares in both companys Morella and Sayona it runs against the 2.1 section of Relationship Affecting Independent Status completely as he has been responsible for hiring none other than Jame Brown when he bought up the required shares to remove the BoD's at Haddington an took them over in August 2008 by September 2008 James Brown was appointed General Group Manager by Buckler...then a name change to Altura over 12 months later...followed by a month thereafter when Buckler appointed James Brown as CEO so the relationship is well documented through Haddingtons and its the very reason Brown was put in as interim CEO of Sayona...because Buckler needed his sidekick to control both Morella and Sayona for him...yep look outside the square..yeh Independent my rear end.
