I understand recruitment 'will likely take several months' but it has been several months since that process should have started 7 months in fact since, Sayona said it would now “undertake a thorough review of operations and strategic direction”.It also said non-executive director James Brown would step in as interim chief executive to guide the company’s operations and its board restructure.

I am not board bashing here and am just a lowly retail investor who is still holding but this drawn-out process speaking for myself and not others does not give me a great deal of confidence in the company. This might all change overnight, with a new board structure finalised and CEO announced which appeases shareholders and provides greater direction but the longer it drags on the less confidence it provides.
