It would be very helpful if Sayona BOD published a wire frame on the company website that explained exactly how it all works.
To date, it all seems very murky, which undoubtedly is the reason why the markets have us at 3.3c.
One of two things is happening
1. We are being purposely deceived
2. The company is simply incompetent in its ability to articulate for the benefit of shareholders
Personally I hope it's the first one because if it's the second one, then our share destruction could have been lessened by simply employing competent communicators.
