BL must have gotten a good deal for SYA (just remember what Amyot from IQ said) BECAUSE SYA WON THE BID FOR NAL.
You are surely smart enough to understand that. And as I have said for the longest time you can be completely true without being truly complete.

It just seems to me that HC posters don't understand JVs generally and this JV specifically - ask old Whisky about FAR and Conoco and Woodside.

I am done discussing this issue. Do not misrepresent what I post. If you want to reference it fine -- just don't change it. If you don't think SYA BoD did sufficient Due Diligence then say that you don't believe they did enough due diligence. Your call not mine. However I doubt you would have all the information available at that time to make this assessment now.

If only it was all that easy ... like gee I wonder what stocks trade at discount/premium to Book Value or NPV of Assets or ....
