Shareholders are free to have whatever view they want but it also boils down to shareholders expectations which are often far from reasonable and traders even more so.
JB stepped in at a time that was far from desirable, we were ramping up into a collapsing Spodumene price which is a perfect storm and required all hands to the pumps, it basically put any plans other the survival on hold.
We already have the best CEO for the current situation IMO but he has indicated no desire to stay on beyond getting us through the current situation and there is a committee in the process of looking for a Chairman and a CEO , that will take the time it takes to find suitable applicants...I doubt there was any serious attempt at looking for replacements untill the review was completed and that wasn't long ago.
Its easy to find unsuitable applicants its another thing to find one that meets your requirements.

It could happen any day but could also take quite some time ,there is no date, in the meantime its get costs down and hope prices rise..
