Yes, but if NAL bid is lost, SP appreciation will come at a much later date. I'm not willing to buy and hold for that when I can buy at the time or in the lead up.
With NAL, will need to see details of CR and terms. SYA has quite a few SOI so more dilution will play a facttor as well.
