Firstly - nothing wrong with your analysis , and as I said , I agree that it will definitely require the Direct support from Tesla or equivalent ...... and I don't necessarily mean via Piedmont.
Secondly , I believe the delays are in some manner reflective of the various Ministerial ticks and approvals as IQ is a Government entity who does not have a open slather to do whatever it likes . It is answerable as are the Courts in many ways to the respective Government bodies like the MERN etc... Judicial meets Legislative if you like. And the Assembly has been ' Out ' , and only just coming back on stream now with its various committees etc....
Thirdly , I agree that the HUB strategy is far to tempting as a longer term proposition. However that doesn't make it a ' lay down misere ' ....if you pardon my French. There are concerns around which way and in what manner that actually plays out for Sayona in my opinion.
