Oh and the reason's I hadn't responded to your post regarding the transferring of the Globex Portfolio of royalties - namely Authier is that although it has been a fairly well discussed issue in regards these royalties over the project from quite early on in the forum discussions - it was mainly because I thought it fairly trivial and / or more so ' immaterial ' given the amount and the terms per the extract below.

And I'm sure most would have agreed , but since you called me out specifically on the subject , I will now double back and hopefully close this matter at least as against leaving my response remaining ' unanswered '

And I'm not having go at you .....so don't get the wrong idea , it's just I didn't think much of the issue when I had read about it myself. Everyone and their Uncle are trying to ' mirror ' past performance from some of the larger ' Royalties Houses '. If anything , it is a negative article in a sense that it implies a ridiculous time until the Authier Development - one which most I would think would deem unacceptable.......

" Electric Royalties acquired the Globex Portfolio in exchange for 3,000,000 shares and C$500,000 cash. In the event the Authier Lithium Project (as defined below) enters commercial production within six years, the Company shall make a bonus payment of C$250,000 in cash to Globex, such payment to be due and payable on the date that the Authier Lithium Project achieves 12 months of continuous commercial production, as defined in the definitive feasibility study for the Authier Lithium Project.
