If you look at the clips below there's a little bit on a company called LPI that is ASX listed and based in New South Wales. It 100% owns the Maricunga project South East of Antofagasta and lies in Chile, Argentina and Bolivia's "Lithium Triangle"

LPI has been looking investors for a $600m-$700m facility in the Maricunga where recently they had a sample of their brine processed and submitted a 99.95% Lithium Carbonate result to the market. They have had "many" expressions of interest for funding including Mitsui.
Now the only reason im even mentioning this is that Guy also had a sit down with the Prime Minister of Japan, (not that i see where the PM would be involved). Is tere a possibilty of another JV undertaking?

LPI is also due to spin off WA Lithium some time in the H1 of this year, a project which has just started drilling in Greenbushes WA which would also seem to be part if the package if we were investors.

The brine reserves in the Maricunga are currently valued at $324m per year for the next 20 years.

Now this kind of trash talk is usually way out of the depth of the Cat, and i could be doing the proverbial into the wind again, but if we are sending Guy out on "Finger in every pie" missions, then wouldnt a $100-$200m investment into the second largest Lithium deposit in the world be a potential winner?
Im aware that there is a suggestion that he may be off over to Argentina... but this project is right on the border?
