PLLs dfs for the Tennessee hydro plant is for themselves not for SYA. So what PLL do and how they get raw materials supply there is a PLL problem.
Its 20hrs per google maps by road or about 2,000kms away.
Certainly easier than via shipping across the ocean 13,000kms, likely transportable via train and definitely cheaper than Aus to China.
No one can invest in SYAQ as its simply a JV between PLL and SYA . So you can only invest in the former or the latter.
