they are still calculating the % based on the old total shares prior to the new ones being allocated, once it catches up to todays date the % will fall, not sure yet if the shares will as well, but I would guess there will be a fair number of shorts returned from the 18c gifts that were handed out.
I have circled June 1st on the graph of new shorts below, after June 1st the shorts take a dramatic fall.
