BS, I said no such thing , there is a process in place that will take the time it takes to find suitable candidates and thats fine by me. For the record I'm happy to have the current setup untill we get through this threat to our very existence , who eventually follows on is tomorrow's story.

We have already had a change of CEO /MD and two new directors in the last 7months and the bitching continues, what makes you think that will change with more new directors and yet another CEO...HC is hardly the home of rational thinking its just kneejerk reactions.

First avoid C&M, which I'm very confident we will, then fantasize about some new CEO and BOD that will magically make you feel better and send the shareprice to the moon , if the price of concentrate goes to the moon we will follow anyway regardless of who is in charge.

We need higher concentrate prices fullstop and thats beginning to happen but the priority is to make sure we are around to take advantage of it and thats being worked on right now by the team we have not what will eventually turn up.
if you don't think their experience can do it run for the hills instead of complaining. I've been saying for some time not to expect much to happen untill the review is completed and for obvious reasons.
