He may be good with the dull engineering stuff, the nuts and bolts of building and running a mine, but his record as a ceo is absolutely terrible. Sure, he built Altura, but it got taken away from him like you take candy from a kid, and it hasn't gotten better. Altura went bankrupt, Morella is less than .4 of a quarter from going bankrupt. Sayona is being beaten down hard.
The sooner he steps down, the better.
