A better communication would be: Sayona will complete the strategic review at the end of Q3 and will then hand it over to our JV partner for their review, they will then sit on it for 6 or 8 months hoping for a miracle to happen. Based on past experiences with our JV partner we expect them to ask for 3 to 5 extensions because they have not had sufficient time to review a simple document. We anticipate this to pretty much shut down all interest from any candidate that is interested in the "Chairman" and "CEO" positions leaving us no option but promote James Brown from Interim CEO to CEO.
This is sarcasm, but does speak to the level of frustration with this management and their ability to complete any work on time. Even the ones that they have the most control over getting done on time.
