Yes, but what good is it when theres no currently no succesful conversion facilities in NA? and no offtake contracts with Chinese converters becuase of the governments ambitions to keep it in country.
I want it to happen, i just wonder how long its going to take us and if its worth not having china involved in the supply chain...
