no advice on whats best to do in a TO situation but any TO offer would put an end to share price suppression, currently sya is priced according to fear and investors selling out , a TO would see sya priced on there assets, resource and strategic importance, other lithium companies would run the numbers and place there valuation on SYA , it would leed to price discovery of what SYA is really worth imho, my guess a bidding war for north americas only producing lithium mine with moblan and lots of cash on the books, its a lot cheaper to buy a producing mine than build a new mine
