Mate imo this is what l think transpired as we already know the Sesame Street Gang had lost Altura and signed off on an agreement that was never ever going to be sustainable hence why they lost it....moving forward Sayona was struggling trying to get something happening and so in steps the Bus Driver and stipulates I'll get this going for you I'll be your backer cause you know I'm a ex banker and are shiftyer than a shet house rat but hey you muppets owe me big time if we pull this off and every time l tell youse all to bend over.... you ask how far sir, thats my take on it lol.
