I'm no expert in this matter and am happy to be corrected but I think a resolution needs to be submitted to the Board and reasons given notifying the Board why you want them gone. The Board have to call a EGM in response to the resolution and a vote is taken. I think you need over 50% of votes to remove the members. There may be investors here who know exactly what's required and how to go about it - maybe someone's been through the process before and cares to elaborate. Anyway, like I said, happy to be set straight on this process myself.
