yes... paying up.......
buy orders submitted at 13....but...... they do not pay 13........
someone is happy to collect every buy order before it hits the asx tradematch queue....... they are not prepared to wait for 13 to exit.
(no idea what will happen today btw - making the point a seller is in control right now)
