this should be illegle as retail holders pay about $20 or 1% so how the hell can you do a trade of 1 share which equals to 36c unless it is brokers who don't charge a minimum fee rather a flat fee of .1%. even then you need to round it to the 1c so that means there is no fee on any transaction under $1 which means I can buy a whole heap of shares in parcels of $1 and it wont cost me 1c, and of its that big clients are charged ny the total in the day and not per transaction then the whole purpose will be manipulation. retail holders need to get together and protest such transactions.
