I am thinking that Nachu will come into the frame earlier. Once they get a couple more announcements on NY, the share price should be sitting comfortably above $0.50 and so the 120m options at $0.50 come into play - providing MNS with another $60m cash. That will be more than enough to start some serious work around Nachu and advance it ahead of a listing of iM3NY which will then really open up the options for MNS.
