let’s say for say for instance your pal fp is outed, where does the new director come from ie in-house, or out?
in some instances it is sometimes the devil you know. And if out of house how long do you think it takes for a new director to get across everything and make the possible positive changes you’re looking for. I don’t see that as the right thing to do and this critical juncture and I don’t see anyone in-house that would be right to step up, do you?
