C4V apparently has $450M of contracts...presumably safe bet a % aligns to final product from IM3NY.

IM3NY now funded to construction & production but will also need raw material & end client contracts.

C4V contracts IM3NY for end product to fulfil its $450M contracts providing initial revenue stream to IM3NY to assist debt payback, working capital, help prove up commercialisation of C4V's battery tech & mkt penetration and expansion.

IM3NY whilst sourcing initial raw material needs also signs a future offtake agreement with MNS for graphite proving initial revenue stream to add some weight to Nachu financing plus MNS obviously gets % return on its investment holdings in C4V & IM3NY....if only that simple
