Accusations, whatever you want to call them. these are big statements that I think need clarification if as you say, it's so important to be fair to all shareholders. Let's see how you go with this. Se if you can provide some substance to this "very small" snapshot of comments you made over a few hours by providing a straight answer.

Take note of how I clearly responded to your question. Now see if you can do the same without picking out a term I have used and then twisting that around by putting it back onto me. It's a very clever tactic, but it sadly shows you up. So my questions are:

1. What is the real issue with the CEO
2. What is he delusional about and what is the issue with his governance
3. Expand on the storm brewing over Frank's head
4. What are the questions that need to be thrown at Frank and his governance
5. What definitely has to do with Frank

In the meantime, I'll spend another 45 seconds finding a few more comments, accusations, phrases you have made about FP and his role with MNS.
