Yeah this pumping group is extremely frustrating to me. They're just as bad as the downramping trolls here and in Murdoch's employment. Unfortunately if ASIC doesn't actually hold either groups to account the only victims are serious investors who actually did their research.

MNS and IM3 will be fine through all of this (they've already passed when scrutinized by ASX and ASIC themselves), but price action uncertainty/announcement-less volatility is definitely what causes new investors to hold off joining.
