    irrelevant question IMO - market values it as such but in my mind worth is so much more given what is occurring - so my valuation is based on a couple more ticks to boxes then its anyones guess as to what it will be worth but it will be so much more than it is curently IMO.
    as to what it should be valued at this point in time - market has spoken!
