US markets trade at a higher valuation because more capital flows, more risk on which is why you see some spec stock moves as crazy as 30x bags in a few days, something unheard of in AU markets.
US listing of MNS would be bid up to at least 2x the AU valuation and therefore automatic catch up by AU to US. Have seen it in multiple cases of dual listings in AU & US companies.
