to my knowledge this is what happens: say mns owns 60 shares and c4v 40. total 100. the us market takes say 20 (maybe more maybe less depending on how much im3 need capital wise from the listing. so mns 60 c4v 40, total 120. it is more shares issued BUT the MC is increased proportionally as those 20 shares available to us listing. when the float (ipo really) price goes up, so do the shares mns and c4v hold to the same value.
