Can someone please confirm if this is correct. Got so much correspondence piled up in my bottom drawer its bloody confusing to say the least. MNS demerged their uranium assets into a company called Optimal Mining? They changed their name to Marenica (MEY)? They also have now changed their name to Elevate Uranium Mining (EL8). Holders of MNS share at the time received shares in Optimal Mining for free, so they now hold these same shares in EL8. Am I on the right page so far?
On checking the EL8 share price I see that they are on a bit of a surge at the moment, and have also gone from 5 cents to 43.5 cents in the past 52 weeks. Soooo, as well as the MNS share price being 28.5 cents, long time holders also have their allocated free EL8 shares providing 43.5 cents. (by my calcs, these free shares are now up well over 400%). If this is correct, why are their any negative posters on this forum? We are all winners - aren't we? Go MNS
