I'm not sure you understand what shovel ready means...

It essentially means a company is in a position to start employing staff/contractors and commence construction of a project (when sufficient finance has been received). It basically just relates to approvals being met and planning being completed.

It is because people do not know the answers that they speculate...this is a forum...and I'm pretty sure everyone states their opinions are their own and is speculation based off whatever material they have read or whatever assumptions are being made by them.

They speculate to express their opinion and (hopefully) people with either help find supporting evidence of this belief or find evidence that contradicts this belief. This allows all investors an opportunity to get a better understanding of a project and perhaps consider pathways they may otherwise not have considered.

So you are committing to answering the questions in 3 years and think that is reasonable and aligns with your values?
