    don't pay to much attention to my hold / buy categorisation , that was poorly chosen I haven't bought for some time I certainly hold 3.3m shares which is a medium position in my context

    a)IP & green credentials
    b) right place right time across all projects
    c ) The team technical , operational & management across all three organisations across all projects
