I got them as a so called 'sophisticated investor' when I bought shares in MNS last year when the SP was .28 cents a share. If/when the SP again reaches .50 cents a share or more before March 2023 they are exercizeable. The company then has $100000 more from me (and other option holder's) to spend on its activities and those Shareholders that had faith in the company when the SP was. 28 cents a share are rewarded. A win win for both the company and MNS shareholders.
