    Maybe it’s time for Chook and Youii1991 to consider buying now since they are traders

    Bear market rally, US midterm election and end of calendar year seasonality, possible US DOE funding for iM3NY following US$113mil grant to Endicott region by US Fed and NY State governments, major offtake agreement…… list goes on and on for potential pop IMO.
