Ok sure that makes sense and likely the option they will need to take.

i guess they could do a cap raise for the first $1 for $1 if they dont want to reduce share in im3ny immediately but eventually they will need to give up amounts of it. im3ny are funded to 1.8gw though, and they are planning to reach 1gw by end of next year, so i dont see this having to play out within the next year or so. if they get the $700mil loan approved then they can draw from it $1 for $1 without waiting around for months for funds
