I was thinking that but it really looks like total accumulation -strategy. it’s being sold off in small parcels low volume, but will take a nice chunk a bit higher if it becomes available and then sell down again in small units, low volume. also taking an educated guess announcements will be delayed and more people lose patience and sell.
It would be nice if we heard something soon though - been a while
