    interesting that the TESLA off take was the precursor to the DoE loan and that it’ll help fast track the application. Expect news flow is something like:
    - battery transport certification
    - DoE loan
    - IM3NY cap raise at US1.5bn val

    other bits and pieces will be news re AAM facility and Nachu development / funding
