CXO story is that the price is hammered due to shorts about 10% of SOI shorted. See below.
MNS is not shorted - infacts shorts have been declining only about 2.2m shares in short positions.
If anyone noted the price activity since the TESLA announcement, it appears that a broker is accumulating under 40c keeping the lid. I am pretty sure that few stop losses got hit, and that was the idea too!
